You are not lost. You are buried.

Beneath expectations. Beneath responsibility. Beneath perfectionism. Beneath all the roles you've learned to play.

give yourself permission to want the flow. dare to flow.

I'm Kasia. I work with women who sense that the life they've built no longer reflects who they are. Together we clear away the noise, the pressure and the stories that aren't theirs. Not to become someone else. To return to themselves. In English i po polsku.

From the outside, your life makes sense.
Inside, it stopped feeling like yours.

You deliver, you're reliable, you're the person others come to. And still, at the end of the day, you're not sure where you are in all of it.

You've tried career coaching, mentoring, the books, pulling yourself together by sheer will. It all stayed on the surface of what's actually going on.

You're between worlds: countries, languages, identities, roles. The navigation is exhausting in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven't lived it.

Something is ending. A role, a country, a version of yourself. The old way of living has stopped working, and the new one hasn't arrived yet.

work with me

Four ways in.

Different people arrive in different places. The same practice runs underneath all of it.

about Kasia

I have started over
more than once.

I moved three times across continents, each time sure I knew who I was, and each time that sense quietly came undone. I know what it costs to leave parts of yourself behind, and what begins to return when you stop forcing yourself into what no longer fits.

When I started facilitating, I wore high heels to every workshop, to look taller and more professional. Now I sometimes stand in front of a group barefoot. I know where my strength comes from. That is what I help women find: what was always there, not a new version of themselves.

how I work

Not a formula.
An actual process.

Coaching with me is a structured conversation with somewhere to go. We're not just talking. We're looking at what's real, what's getting in the way, and what you actually want to do about it.

I notice more than the words. I hear it when your voice catches in your throat, and I see it when your eyes fill or your jaw tightens.

Collage as a way
of seeing differently.

Collage is how I think. Pieces that don't belong together, until they do. The same is true of lives in transition.

“In my head it looked completely different. Now that I look at it, I can see more than one perspective.”

That sentence is the whole method. You already have all the pieces. Arranged differently, they show someone you haven't met yet.

Kasia asks amazing questions and is very professional in the ways she handles the coaching relationship. I was very sceptical about coaching before, but Kasia changed my view completely.

Kasia has a rare ability to hold complexity without simplifying it. I came in thinking I had one problem. I left understanding something much more useful.

She brings so much empathy and real human understanding, but at the same time she's not afraid to ask the tough questions that really make you think. Some of those questions stayed with me long after our sessions.

Coaching for Women in Transition

This is for the moment the old way of living stops working. A relocation. A role ending. Burnout. The quiet sense that this is no longer you.

You have tried to think your way out. We do something else. We start underneath the tidy version, with what is really going on.

I won't hand you answers. I ask the questions that help you find your own, and I name the patterns you have stopped seeing. The work is yours. I make sure it goes somewhere.

You can begin with a free intro call, and we find the shape together. Online, in English or Polish.

one session. your own direction.

The Compass Session

Not a reading of your future. A reading of you.

When you are this stuck, you will take almost anyone's answer. The advice, the opinions, the what-you-should-dos. You might even book the fortune teller. This is the opposite of that. This is where you stop, look at yourself, and hear your own voice.

One 90-minute conversation, for when a decision is overdue and your head is loud with everyone else's voices. Before we meet you do one small visual exercise, twenty minutes, nothing else to prepare. In the session we sort out what is noise, what is fear, and what is actually yours.

You leave with a clearer sense of your own direction, and the first real decision within reach. The belief that it will work does not come from me. It comes from you.

350 AUD · 90 minutes. Online, in English or Polish.

The First
Thread.

20 minutes to see if we're a fit.

Not a session and not a sample of the work. You tell me where you are. I tell you honestly whether, and how, I can help.

You talk first. Where you are now, and what made you look for this. You don't need to prepare or explain it well.

I tell you straight. Whether this is something I can help with, and how I'd work. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Then you decide. Not on the call. You take it away and see if it sits right.

No obligation. A conversation to choose each other, not a step you've committed to.

We're both deciding the same thing here: whether to work together.

Before you change anything,
see where you are.

A short visual exercise, not a list of questions. One page. You mark the life everyone sees, then the part of you that got buried under it. Twenty minutes, one evening. Leave your email and I will send it, along with the occasional letter from the studio.

questions

Before you reach out.

Is this coaching or therapy?
Coaching. We work with where you are now and where you want to go, not with diagnosing or treating the past. If something needs therapeutic support, I will tell you and help you find it. Some people do both.
What if I can't even name what's wrong?
That is the usual starting point. "I don't know what I want" is not something to solve before we begin. It is where we begin. You don't need a clear question, just one honest conversation.
Do I need to be creative to work with collage?
No. The collage is not about making art. It is a way to see what words keep hiding. The people who say "I'm not creative" are often the ones it helps most. One client put it this way:"In my head it looked completely different. Now I see there can be more than one perspective."
Does this really work online?
Yes. I have worked online with clients across Australia, Asia and Europe for years. The visual exercises use materials you already have at home. You need a quiet room and a video call.
Can we work in Polish?
Yes. Sessions are in English or Polish, whichever lets you think more freely.
How do we start?
With The First Thread, a free 20-minute intro call. No pitch, nothing to prepare. You talk, I listen, and we see if there is something here to work on together.
First Thread, Compass Session, ongoing coaching. What's the difference?
The First Thread is free and short, a first contact. The Compass Session is one 90-minute session for when a decision is overdue and you need direction now. Ongoing 1:1 is for deeper change over time. You can start anywhere, and most people start with a conversation.
What does it cost?
The First Thread intro call is free. The Compass Session, a single 90-minute session, is 350 AUD. Ongoing 1:1 coaching is 250 AUD per session. All online, in English or Polish. See the coaching page.
I'm a coach, not in a transition. Is there anything here for me?
Yes. I offer supervision and creative methods for coaches whose sessions have become talkative and repetitive.

Start with one conversation.

Free, 20 minutes, online. No pitch and nothing to prepare.
